Terms and Conditions

Booking and Reservation

To secure the wedding date with TRC, the Client must remit a non-refundable booking retainer fee of BND100 of the total package price. No date is locked or reserved until both this retainer fee is received and the Service Agreement is fully signed. The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 14 days or 30 days prior to the wedding event date, and failure to remit this final payment may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of all coordination services.

Scope of Services and Coordination Boundaries
TRC provides professional coordination and day-of management services strictly as outlined in the selected package, acting as the director of the timeline and the primary coordinator of vendors. Unless explicitly stated in writing, our services do not include physical labor such as heavy lifting of venue property, profession decor setup, cleaning up venue trash, or taking legal responsibility for third-party vendor failures.

Client Responsibilities and Authority
The Client is solely responsible for hiring and directly paying all third-party vendors, including catering, pelamin or decor styling, makeup artists, and entertainment. The Client must provide all vendor contact details, final guest counts, and venue rules to TRC no later than 14 days before the event. By signing this agreement, the Client appoints TRC as their representative on the wedding day to make operational, timeline-related decisions on their behalf if emergencies arise.

Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
If the Client cancels the wedding or coordinating service, the initial retainer fee remains strictly non-refundable, as it covers lost booking opportunities and administrative preparation work. If the Client requests to change the wedding date, the change is strictly subject to the availability of TRC. When we are available for the new date, a rescheduling fee of BND50 may apply and a new contract will be issues, but if we are unavailable for the new date, the request will be treated as a standard cancellation by the Client. In the highly unlikely event that we cannot perform our duties due to severe illness or an unforeseen emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to provide qualified replacement coordinator or refund all monies paid by the Client.

Day-of Logistics, Venue Rules, and Vendor Relations
The Client and all hired vendors must adhere to all rules, regulations, and Syariah compliances stipulated by the selected venue or local Brunei authorities. For events lasting longer than 6 hours, including setup time, the Client agrees to provides standard vendor meals for all members of TRC coordination team currently on duty.

Media, Content, and Aesthetic Use
TRC reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the wedding setup, timeline flow, and overall atmosphere for use in our portfolio, website, and social media channels, keeping in line with our curated, faceless branding style. If the Client wishes to keep their event completely private from social media, a written request must be submitted and approved prior to signing through contract.

Limitation of Liability, and Force Majeure
TRC is not liable for any financial loss, injury, damage, or disappointing performance caused by third-party vendors or the venue itself. Neither party shall be held liable for failure to execute obligations under this agreement due to acts of God, natural disasters, sudden government restrictions, natural emergencies, or unexpected venue closures in Brunei. The maximum financial liability of TRC for any claim or breach shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client under this agreement.
